Method 1: Automatic Deletion via Social Platform Settings
- Go to your Facebook/Instagram Account: Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
- Find Crevira-Postiz-main (or Crevira Bot).
- Click Remove.
- Check the box "Delete posts, videos or events Crevira posted on your timeline" if you want all published content removed, then confirm.
- Facebook will notify our system, and your access tokens and associated temporary cached data will be automatically purged immediately.
Method 2: Direct Request to Crevira Support
If you wish to request manual deletion of your account, media uploads, and all associated analytics data from our servers:
- Send an email to: info@crevira.com with the subject "User Data Deletion Request".
- Include your registered email address and associated social media handle/page name.
- Our technical team will permanently delete your records within 48 hours and send you a confirmation report.
